Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and empathy.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to our Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist clients with inquiries, policy changes, claims processing, and general account maintenance.
- Effectively communicate insurance products, coverage options, and policy details to clients in Spanish.
- Collaborate with the agency team to resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products to meet clients' evolving needs.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Insurance industry experience or licensure (preferred but not required).

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
